Growth has its challenges; property sales increase, population increases and the quiet little pueblo becomes a not-so-hidden gem. But it also brings new energy which can be a good thing for local communities like Saladita that have otherwise struggled in survival.

We have some amazing new additions in the last couple of years namely Loot! They have moved into the long known Lourdes Bar and Grill adding a vibe that some might say elevates the dining experience in Saladita.

Houses are popping up everywhere, retreats are expanding their offerings (as are we) and the waves keep giving. Property is selling fast and new properties need better management for the people leaving their homes behind. We have watched the changes, growing pains and trials and have stepped up to smooth things out.
